Addressing new demands for short term housing, for an emerging new generation of tourist and professional nomads, we have created apartments that are compact, flexible, economical and offer living with character. The design, takes advantage of the panoramic views of the roof; a unique moment in the city where the two most popular landmarks, Acropolis and Lycabettus may be enjoyed simultaneously. It capitalized on the corner site allowing for the creation of small units with excellent access to light and air.  

The floorplans are organized based on the standardization of wet spaces creating vertical shafts for the mechanical and plumbing infrastructure. Wet spaces are placed in the inner areas of the floor plate allowing for open spaces closer to the façade with abundant access to light and air. The interior design focuses on the functional design of the fixed elements of the wet spaces, while using their design to give a strong character to the apartment. Their presence gives a strong identity to the project. The introduction of subtle curves gives a sense of warmth and softness in the space, and creates the feeling of a larger flowing space.
