The project encompasses the master planning and development of a 70,000 square meter area located on a distinctive beachfront site in Voula. The primary objective of this endeavor is to transform this land into an unparalleled destination along the Athenian Waterfront while simultaneously creating a meaningful space for the local community.

The existing structures, dating back to the 1970s, serve as the foundation for the project. The architectural approach seeks to revive the modernist tradition of EOT architecture, blending it with contemporary design principles to create buildings that adhere to current operational and sustainability standards. These structures will house a variety of amenities, including food and beverage outlets, retail spaces, offices, as well as facilities for beachgoers such as changing rooms, showers, and toilets.

Integral to the project is a focus on conscious design, with the adoption of various strategies and best practices aimed at minimizing the carbon footprint of the development. The goal is to establish this site as one of the most sustainable destinations along the Athenian Waterfront.

Furthermore, the project places significant emphasis on designing open spaces. The landscape approach is centered on the restoration of local ecosystems and natural elements. This involves the incorporation of a substantial amount of green spaces and trees, enhancing the environmental quality of the area. Ultimately, the vision is to create not just a development, but a harmonious blend of modernity, sustainability, and natural beauty within the heart of the Athenian Waterfront.
