Loggia House is positioned in the west part of Antiparos Island, on a unique 30,000 m² estate overlooking the Aegean Sea. Inspired by the traditional Cycladic architecture the house is conceived as a series of interlocking cubic volumes. The archetype of the courtyard is used in order to create multiple spatial interior and exterior experiences with various degrees of privacy and rooms with multiple orientations.

The position and layout of the house is optimized in order to establish privacy and to shield its main outdoor areas from the prevailing winds. All rooms have been carefully designed in order to enjoy uninterrupted views, with large glazed openings that frame western views of the Aegean sea.
