SENIOR ARCHITECT

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect responsible for the conceptual, design, and technical phases of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the design process, collaborating with clients, leading teams, and delivering high-quality projects. As a Senior Architect, you should possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications
-Experience in project design and management across all design phases
-Experience in team coordination and supervision
-Proven ability in construction documentation and site administration
-Proactive and adaptable to changing needs and challenges
-Experience in complex projects, technical detailing, and problem-solving
-Strong communication skills, particularly in client presentations, team management, organization, and meeting preparation

Requirements
-Minimum 10 years of professional experience
-Degree in Architecture
-Must be fluent in English
-Experience in construction documentation and detailing
-Proficiency in Revit
-Essential knowledge of Greek Building Regulations (ΝΟΚ)
-Strong knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
