At PILA we create environments for culture, working, and living,  from the award-winning Piraeus Tower to residential projects in the Cyclades and Athens, and educational and cultural buildings in France. We are looking for a Senior Architect to join us in Athens and take on a central role in shaping these projects from concept to completion.

PILA is an architecture studio with a wide portfolio of local and international projects. We are currently working on a residential high-rise in Thessaloniki, a university building in Thessaloniki, a mixed-use development in Limassol, an office building in Athens, and various residential projects, among others. Our environment is dynamic with significant development prospects; ambition and a strong work ethic are highly valued.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the conceptual, design, and technical phases of projects. The successful candidate has experience overseeing the design process, liaising with clients, leading and mentoring a team, and delivering high-quality work. Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in design and project management across all design phases
• Experience with construction documents and construction administration
• Experience with complex projects, technical detailing, and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, client presentations, team management, meeting organization and preparation
• Excellent skills with design and documentation software: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, Rhino, and V-Ray
• Experience with Revit is a plus

• Professional degree in architecture
• Fluency in Greek and English

We are looking for a skilled architect who can work both independently and collaboratively across conceptual, design, and technical phases of projects. The successful candidate will design and produce drawings, convey architectural concepts, create renderings, build presentations and working models, and coordinate with engineers and consultants.

Qualifications — Required

• Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 2+ years of experience in an architectural design office
• Experience across all project phases is preferred
• Strong conceptual design skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent skills with design and documentation software: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, Rhino, and Enscape
• Experience with Revit is a plus
• Fluency in English

PILA is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our Athens studio and help us tell the story of our work.

From proposals and presentations to our website, social channels, and publications, you will shape the way PILA shows up in the world  working closely with the principals and the design team.

PILA is an architecture studio with a wide portfolio of local and international projects. Key projects include the Piraeus Tower façade, the new Anatolia American University building, a cultural center in France, MKNO, a mixed-use development in Bobigny, Paris that won first prize at Reinventing Cities and a mixed-use development in Limassol.

This is a role for someone who loves words and images in equal measure, and who has a real feel for design. You will be in the room as we develop ideas for new projects, and you will help translate them into proposals that win work, presentations that move clients, and communications that reach a wider audience.

What you’ll do

• Shape marketing and communications materials: studio portfolios, presentation decks, press kits, and one-pagers
• Manage and grow PILA’s social media, and help develop an editorial calendar
• Maintain and evolve PILA’s website updating projects, news, and team content
• Prepare client presentations, lecture decks, and award / publication submissions
• Work with photographers, graphic designers, and print vendors to produce high-quality collateral
• Support PR and press outreach as projects reach key milestones

What we look for

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally at a design-led studio (architecture, interiors, graphic design, or adjacent)
• Excellent writing in English and Greek
• Strong visual eye and fluency in InDesign, Keynote and PowerPoint for presentations
• Experience running social channels for a brand with high aesthetic standards
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines across proposals and publications
• Genuine interest in architecture and design
